For large customers, the billing model can be customized.

5 - What should I do if my goods are lost in the warehouse or after they are shipped?

All operations in warehouses are monitored by cameras 24 hours a day, and the warehouses are commercially insured. If the goods are confirmed to be lost in the warehouse after verification, compensation will be based on the declared import value of the goods. For the goods sent out, the warehouse has the power to track, verify, and question the goods. If the goods are damaged or lost by USPS or UPS, the warehouse will assist in appealing to the logistics provider and tracking the compensation.
